*Platelet-rich Plasma (PRP) therapy is a form of regenerative medicine in which the patient’s own plasma is injected into targeted areas. PRP contains a large number of growth factors used to stimulate the body’s own stem cells to produce more collagen and help with healing. When used for hair restoration, it increases blood supply and stimulates hair follicles to help with growth and thickness.
